What should I do if my product is damaged?

Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you see any damage, including to the box, note it when signing for the package. If you can't open the package immediately but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please email photos to Shop Medical Outlet, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
